User Agreement – Offer for Educational Services

1. General Provisions

1.1. This offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is a public offer made by Mohammad Sabour, Individual Entrepreneur (INN 231535367357, OGRNIP 324237500135012) (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), to conclude an agreement for the provision of educational services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) under the terms and conditions set forth in this Offer with any individual who expresses a desire to use the Provider’s services (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

1.2. Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to occur upon payment by the Client for the chosen course or service.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider undertakes to provide the Client with educational services for learning Turkish language in accordance with the chosen Client’s plan and educational program, and the Client undertakes to pay for these services.

3. Procedure for Providing Services

3.1. Training is conducted remotely using an online platform. 3.2. The Client is solely responsible for having the necessary equipment and software for the training. 3.3. The schedule of classes is agreed upon with the Client individually.

4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

4.1. The cost of services is indicated on the Provider’s website. Payment is made in advance. 4.2. In case of a change in the cost of services, the Provider notifies the Client at least 7 days before the changes come into effect.

5. Responsibility of the Parties

5.1. The Provider is liable for the quality of the services provided in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 5.2. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and timely payment for the services.

6. Confidentiality

The Parties undertake not to disclose confidential information received within the framework of the Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the Parties are resolved through negotiations. In case of disagreement, the dispute is referred to the court at the location of the Provider.

8. Other Conditions

8.1. This Offer comes into effect from the moment it is placed on the Provider’s website and remains in effect until withdrawn. 8.2. The Provider has the right to unilaterally amend this Offer at any time.
